                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO
                   THE AGREEMENT WITH DENNIS W. SMITH RELATIVE
                   TO INSPECTION SERVICES ON CONTRACT NO.
                   46B-1, MURRAY HILLS COLLECTION SYSTEM, FOR
                   AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWELVE

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       Amendment No. 8 to the Agreement with Dennis W. Smith relative to 

       inspection services on Contract No. 46B-1, Murray Hills 
Collection
       System, for an estimated amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
